[Resolved] Jaquar — Geyser issues and pathetic customer service | |||||
Hi, I had purchased a 3 litre jaquar geyser some months back. It has some issues and for last 4 weeks i am trying to get the customer service to help me out. One person turns up and he tries to fix it but doesn't manage to do so. He made the problem worse and now we have to disconnect the power supply to the bathroom. Post that i have raised 2 more complaints and each time someone informs he would be here but doesn't turn up. Instead of solving the issue they just keep auto closing the service request because of sla and then raise a new request. The support person keeps on giving time and doesn't turn up One of the most pathetic companies and service is even worst service. Shower panel hot and cold water not mixing, I mean hot water not come through tap.when I turned tap only cold water came out.i cheked gizer and connection of pipeline everything is OK.this problem from 10th of June, and I complaint dealer and customers care, but still problem is not solve.
