Jaquar — I flush not working qty 2 | |
Complaint given on customer care of on 10 jul19 for one i flush not working. Person attended in 72 hrs. Said there was some problem with the i flush push button. Will come with replacement. Has not come till date despite repeated reminders to cust care. Spare push button doesn't take a month to for three hours. So i called local service centre. He said will send technician on 18 aug19. No one has come to attend even on 18 aug19 despite my sending reminder message and mobile calls repeatedly to service centre head on 18 aug19. Thus one i flush remains off road (Presumably for spare part) for over a month. Actually nothing wrong in spare part. Technician did not know his job. Second i flush remains unattended even after 15 days despite repeated reminders and two more complaints. Service centre did not bother even after reminders and escalation of matter twice. Such callous attitude has been displayed even earlier by the local/ area service centre at lucknow. The staff at cust care is also untrained, incompetent, do not know how to talk on tele, take hours to attend or call supervisor etc. Overall piss poor service. All named above and especially local/ area service centre of lucknow need to be taken to task. They have caused untold misery and mental harassment to me. Please take action on complaint of i flush as also intimidate action taken against defaulters. Meanwhile i am also addressing separate communication to the ceo/ me.
