Horrible horrible complaint redressal system, my artize basin tap worth 28000 is not working since last 3 months, complaint logged in on 26 th december (By the name of varun grover, registered number - [protected]) a part needs to be changed as per the person who visited but no follow up taken till date i. E. 15 th february 2020. Have been calling the customer care every week since last three months and every time the same reply of complaint to be solved by next week. As per the latest call the part was suppose to replaced by 14 th february for sure but again no call no person visiting and today on calling the person concerned is not even aware of what has to be done. How is this justified for a premium customer buying your premium collection. I really hope some concrete steps are taken at least now else it doesnt take long to spread a bad word of mouth especially when it is for the most expensive collection.
