I had lodged a complaint on 3rd november 2018 and was told that the technician has been assigned and will visit your place within 3 days. Post this i have called up customer care[protected] more then 10 times still no resolution. Each time i had called they said due to festivals this thing is delayed, now that all the festivals are over can you please process this request.
Calling customer care is such a pain, they would waste easily 30 min, they have no records of the calls made by customers.in every call the problem has to be explained
