Bought this model (Photo) attached along with bill... Has faulty suction siphon system for the flush and keeps the bathroom stinky always, had registered multiple complaints with the toll free no. Local service provider at elamakkara (Mr praveen - asm) - inspected and confirmed it to be faulty on 2 occasions (27th dec and 13th january). No more follow ups after that... Still keeping the bathroom door of the master bed room tightly closed to avoid smell... Absolutely pathetic design and post sales service# kerala team Was this information helpful? | |||
