Dear sir, Refer to my consumer complain dated 21 nov 18 would like to inform you that i have not received any solution from jaguar. On other hand fresh complain were registered by me on 08 th dec 18 complain numbers are 01101373 and 01101393, would like to inform you that today at 1553 hrs, i have received sms from jaguar saying that my both complains are resolved... I am unable to under stand how without resolving and visiting site complain can be closed... After sale service of jaguar is very poor they don't have any control on after sale team and service. I can only request peoples not to purchase jaguar fitting because after sale service of jaguar is very poor... We have purchased Water (Hot and Cold) mixer 5-6 years back. Now the Hot Water Mixer has a small leakage (drop is coming continuously). Kindly resolve the same as Local Plumbers are not able to deal with such repairs.
