I have purchased new Jaquar washbasin tap on 27th Mar 2023. While installation it came to our notice that it is leaking. When raised this issue with dealer he refused to replace the new tap and said to raise the concern in customer service. We haven’t used the tap one day, customer service guy is now asking 800 rs for fixing the leakage for the new defective tap for which I have already paid Rs. 7000
If I have already paid full amount for new tap and not used and the piece is defective, why am I being asked to pay for company’s fault? Attaching the broken piece photograph and leakage video.
There is no support from Jaquar customer care - no response in calls, emails. This is highly unprofessional and disgusting behavior of such renowned brand. I am regretting buying it.
I want this tap to be replaced without causing further issue.
