This complaint is regarding Jaquar company.
Product is Shelfy Shower panel bought on 11 August, 2018.
Thermostat is not working and they need to change cartridge.
I have contacted Jaquar several times about shower panel but all in vain. They keep on saying we will change it in few days whenever I call them.
I have also talked to their S.I Kamal Taneja multiple times but he also keeps on lying that someone will come and fix in few days.
Its been already more than 4 months since I did complain for 1st time.
I have attached invoice of the product.
I want either full refund of the product or replace it with new shower panel.
