Jaquar — non functioning of concealed jaquar push button

Dear sir,
I have lodge a complaint since last monday and still no action has been done. So, it's quite painful by using your product and about your service. I have a double push button central fitting jaquar seat and it's not functioning from last 1 month, please resolve the issue as soon as it can be otherwise i have to look for other means.
