Dear Management/Appellate Authority
This is regarding my complaint no #714754 & #721488.
Technician Name - Amrutlaal
Customer Name - Shri P. K. Jain ( [protected] / [protected])
Customer Address - Near Ware House, Tiwari Compound, ITI Road,
Hoshangabad - 461001 (M.P.)
Complaint -
1. Always talks rudely.
2. Does not listen to customer concerns.
3.Cancelled complaint no 714754 on his own without any consent of customer.
4. Does not handle the fittings with care while repairing thus tend to get damage.
5.Misbehave even with senior citizen at home ( Mother & Father)
6. Raised this concern manier times to have an alternative technician, but no action from Jaguar management.
7. Unprofessional approach to attend customer complaints in this region (Hoshangabad) from years ( almost 5 years)
Action Solicited -
1. Replace/Remove/Fire this technician (Amrutlaal) on immediate basis.
2.Depute a sensible/well mannered technician to handle issues of region Hoshangabad ( 461001)
3. Meanwhile you fire reported technician, arrange a technician from Bhopal.
4.Pro-active approach while handling customer complaints from Jaguar Management.
5. Attend complaint no 721488 on immediate basis (concealed cistern float valve coupling broken - can not use flush!)
If above actions are not attended on immediate basis, I will now be bound to knock the doors of consumer forum and look for a legal action.
Assume this my last formal complaint.
Look forward for an immediate support.
