[Resolved] Jaquar — sensor tap repair pending | |||
Hi, Hi, my name is shashank kapoor and i have purchased the sensor tap in 2013 and for its service i have to wait for 6 months because the part is not available and now the second time i complained about the range problem in jaquar then on 16/07/2018 service engineer mr. rajkamal visited and told that the remote for setting range is not available with me i have made the request for it and he gave the service job in which he mentioned the repair is pending then i waited for my repair then after one month no service person visited then again i logged a complain on 15/09/2018 and i told them that i have complained about it previously and my repair is pending then they told that the previous complained is resolved then i told that my complain is pending and i have the proof then they again logged the complain after that local service person mr rajkamal visited and told my that the problem is of battery so i installed a new battery then also the tap won't work so he said that i will tell for a senior visit then after one week mr rishikant visited and told that the problem is not of battery but the solonied valve is not working and told that you wait for 15 days for this part to be replaced then on 28/09 /2018 service person mr asgar hussain from lucknow visited and checked my sensor tap and he has spare solonied valve and after checking he said that the request for the part is wrong solonied valve is working but the sensor eye is not working so it is to be changed and asked to give 5400 for new sensor eye so i refused to give and i told that my product is in warranty and it is to be replaced free of cost so he said the company will not replace then i said that to give a written proof that my part will not be replaced in warranty then mr. asgar changed and told that i will give request for the part change. the service person has three spare sensor eye if i pay him 5400 then he will repalce it and for replacing it in warranty he can't that means the service person are greedy of money they will not replace the product for free in warranty and till now i haven't got my replacement and my tap is not working for three month. is this the quality of service the customer has to suffer after purchasing the product poor quality of service and i will never purchase any product of jaquar in my life Was this information helpful? | |||
