The said service was registered on 18th july, 2018. The person from your end visited for the same. However, the complaint has not been resolved as yet as he has informed about some part required which will come from your company, not available locally. Today i am shocked to get message from your end that the said complaint has been resolved, without acutally the same being resolved at my end.
