[Resolved] Jaquar — Service complaint | |||||
Had places a service request and had specifically registered my phone number to be contacted, but service people had called my husband agin and again when he was in a meeting on 24th march 2017. Today is 27th march and no one has turned up yet for service, now when i called the service people they say the request is cancelled. the service guy is saying some other person has done the cancellation bcos of wrong address whereas i am very much living in the same address. Jaguar has behaved highly irresponsible in this issue..please solve it Was this information helpful? | |||||
