[Resolved] Jaquar — shameless suppliers without any customer care | |||
Fitted a wc with cover in nov 2017 Spent almost 20k for the same Raised a complain for the seat/cover on 16 dec Engineer came, saw, asked for bill, said coming tmro with required replacement parts Goes back to office, closes complain stating customer did not submit bill Waited for almost 2 weeks before i came to know above mess Raised another complaint on 2nd jan, waited till today, spoke to some cust care head who apologised & ensured it will be attended today without any reminders Today also passed by, i am still waiting I feel like dismantling the wc and throwing it away looking at their customer support, but unfortunately have spent my hard earned money 20k on that piece, i care for my money but probably suppliers dont care for customers... Ridiculous is an understatement for theirnservice support, will never ever buy or recommend anybody to buy jaguar products... Was this information helpful? | |||
