Sir,

This is reference to my complaint no 00068783 dated 14/05/2019. Our company had purchased a sensor automatic faucet for wash basin on dated 20/04/2019 and it never works from the day it was installed. Contacted so many times to your customer care and local chandigarh office representative mr. Varinder, mr. Ravinder and mr. Rajiv but no one is interested to sort out the problem. It should be either replaced or repaired. Please look into it otherwise there is no other option left to take this matter to the consumer court. Copy of bill is attached herewith.

Updated by ajaydha This is reference to above complaint no.0068783 dated 14/05/19 regarding complaint against automatic faucet it is still the same.Your Chandigarh office representative Mr. Ravinder Singh is unable to rectify the problem despite of repeatedly phone calls daily..Please let me know the status of my complaint.Please replace the tap if it is not repairable.
