Jaquar — status against complaint no.00068783 | |||
Sir, This is reference to my complaint no 00068783 dated 14/05/2019. Our company had purchased a sensor automatic faucet for wash basin on dated 20/04/2019 and it never works from the day it was installed. Contacted so many times to your customer care and local chandigarh office representative mr. Varinder, mr. Ravinder and mr. Rajiv but no one is interested to sort out the problem. It should be either replaced or repaired. Please look into it otherwise there is no other option left to take this matter to the consumer court. Copy of bill is attached herewith. Concealed installed newly constructed bathroom are leakage always. There are some problem with them.
