Jaquar — unserviceability of non return valves | |||
I had got all fittings in my house from jaquar company at dehradun in year 2000. The personnel from dehradun jaquar office use to come almost everyday to ensure that work is done properly by the jaquar workers. I was also assured that any unserviceability at any time will be looked into and rectified without any delay. This practice was followed for quite sometime but for last couple of years i find that the people sent are not properly trained /qualified to undertake the work. For last almost six months i am trying to get my unserviceable nrvs rectified, but to no avail as their quality of work is not up to the mark and as such the rectification lasts hardly for a fortnight. On my repeated complaints i was told that the nrvs need to be changed and they cannot procure them. This has resulted in lot of inconvenience to me as the hot and the cold water gets mixed up, in view of the foregoing it is requested that either you send nrvs to your dehradun office or suggest some alternate method so that this overdue problem is rectified. On the toilet seat there is a yellowish thing due to which water is not coming. Seat is always firstly even after cleaning with harpic.
