[Resolved]  Jaquar — wall mounted single button flush and behavior of technician and manager

I am Nikunj Patolia staying in Surat, Gujarat.
I have installed jaquar products in my home in 2013. After that I am continuously facing an issue with wall mounted single button flush that it stops pullout back and continue draining water.
This complain is for particular one flush only not all other flush. I was complaining this matter since 2013 to your customer care service number form my registered number [protected] and technician come and solve some how. This happens almost every 3-4 months and I complain most of time to customer care. (you can find my complain record from my registered number). In year 2016-17, technician told us to change some part and we paid something Rs. 750. This payment was paid twice because he changed the part two times in two different visit. He never gave a bill of that but to solve the issue we paid. But problem never stops.
Now inlatest complain of june 2018, I registered same complain again and to solve the complain a technician named (Mr. Subhash) came who told that this whole piece/product (flush) was defective since we purchased and this is company fault so we have to purchased new one for Rs. 1850/-. At that time of his visit, my wife and my 5 year old son was at home. My wife told him that if piece was defective than why part was changed earlier so he started arguing her loudly and never except that part was changed. My wife called me and told him to talk with me but he denied to talk with me. He almost shouted at home and forced my wife to sign the receipt for the complain that not solved but she did not. My wife takes a office number of jaquar from him and I called on that number (Miss Naina pick up the phone)and I said if he dint leave the house I’ll call the police. And then he went out by saying “Now solve it by some private agency.”
After that Miss Naina told me that she will send another technician and solve the matter. A new guy visited today (Dt: 10-July-2018) and changed some part called piston and solved the complain after almost a month. He did not ask for any payment and leave without giving us old part or bill. I again called the customer care and told that if the piece was defective from company then why the technician never told us earlier on first or second complain. If he did then we could ask the shopper from where we purchased and replaced the piece. This behavior shows that they are passing a time by changing some or other part so that once warranty period will finish they ask us to change whole piece by full payment. During this talk my phone was transferred to area manager who argued to much with me and never accepted the matter. At last he told me that he asked his technician about his misbehave but dint give answer to replacement of piece. If he is area manager then he must aware about the matter because we already complain locale office (to Miss Naina) about his technician behavior issue. And still the question of product replacement is still pending. I again called the customer care and asked if they have recording of the talk between me and area manger because call was transferred from customer care but they said ‘No’.
From Jaquar brand we never expect such behavior of Manger or technicians. We purchased Jaquar products to get better service and hassle free products. And now I expect to take this whole matter very importantly and solve.
