Jaquar — wall mounted water closet | |||
I have bought jaguar wall mounted water closet and many fittings for all 3 bathrooms. After a year and half while using wc it cracked arround one of the mounting bolt. I told the dealer, he said to call customer care. I called and register complaint. But not attended within 72 hours as they said on call. After that period, i called again in front of the dealer to the customer center then service engineer called me to send the photos. I told to visit my home but he said i will close complaint sooner if you provide photos on whatsap. After sending photograph i called the number at jaipur service center. He told me it can not be changed as bolt doesnt showing rubber washer in photos and it may be installation problem and broken part not in warranty. I told him that it cracked half centimeter away from bolt and washer also there but not visible in photo and why dont you send service engineer when product is installing, now they are telling you have to call while installing. But no one told me so, not even the dealer. I tried many time to convince that it is genuine problem and manufacturing defect in the part and got cracked when using it. Then i called several times. But same answer. Very low quality products. 10 years warranty wasted. I want to dismantle all my fittings worth of lakhs. But jaguar dont care about this when i told them to file report on consumer form. Was this information helpful? | |||
