Jaquar — wrongful breakage of part by jaguar executive and misbehaviour!! | |||
Sir/Madam I had registered a complaint no. 01180907 on 22.11.2019, for which your executive Sumit (+91 [protected]) visited and during servicing, he broke the upper part of the angle valve. When i complaint, he made me to talk to some Mr. Saurav Bansal (+91 [protected]) who assured me that he will get my part replaced in 20-25 days and Sumit gave me every thing in writing on Jaquar's Job Sheet no. 025935. Today, after 15 days, when i called Mr. Saurav, not only he misbehaved with me, according to him, this replacement is not easy and the customer is ""Majboor"" because he is at mercy of him and his Company. When i told him that i am no ''Majboor'' and company has to honour its commitment or else i will take consumer court's help, his words were "kar lo jo karna hai" I have the recording of the telephonic conversation for your ready reference. Please look into the matter and tell me when will i get my part replaced for sure and what action should be taken against such people maligning good name of Jaquar.
