Dear sir,
I have made a purchase from the ahmedgarh branch out let on 2nd dec.2018 and made card swipe vide no. Pos[protected] for rs.1507.40 but it was shown as not successful so i had made a swipe again vide transaction ref no. Pos[protected]. But on both account payment is debited from my account. Easyday authority there told me that the amount will be returned back within 72 hours but it is not received back till date. I have contacted your branch several times but without any suitable response. Please look in to & return back the amount immediately.
