I have applied for JNTUH Online Convocation on Sun Jul 02 23:52:09 IST 2017. The degree should be dispatched to me in 20 to 40 working days. But still i have not get the degree. I also do not have any option to contact the University. The enquiry phone no. given on JNTHU site is Switched off. Also i am unable to open my account to track the status.
