I have completed the registration and proceeded to payment, provieded the bank details along with otp. The payment has not been updated to the application form but the amount has been dedicated from my account getting an error "web-inf/classes/struts. Properties file." in the webpage. Please help me in this issue. My registration no: 11881a1214
