Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad [Jntuh] — od not received after applying a month ago

I have applied for b. Pharmacy od a moth ago and did not receive yet.
When i checked on e-payments page they are showong that the transaction was unsuccessful but i got notification from my bank about the transaction and it was successful.
I have paid 3500 rupees through credit card but did not receive the od yet. Its been a month already.
Please help.
