Sir, on 8th march 2018 i have submitted rs 5000 on jnu ceeb website via net banking to show my interested in preferred college/university because i m selected in jnu ceeb exam 2018.. Unfortunately due to bad network, my payment was debited from account and not shown in jnu website. After 24 hours i called jnu customer service number, they said that they did'nt get any file from bank... Then i called bank they said they sent payment... After successful transaction. Now what should i do? Its been 20 days that i am calling to jnu customer support, they are not doing anything regarding this. They are taking it lightly...
