Where ever i have gone i got a good response from ur branch but twice i have visited your hair expresso in sarojini nagar mall 1st floor branch of delhi the receptionist over there is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to the customers twice i have returned back from your shop this time i am really very disheartened i went with shampoo hair and if i wish to go for rs 130 cut then how can she force me go for shampoo and that to infront of customers and staff she was saying if will cut your hair then our scissors ✂️ and comb will get spoiled... I mean what the hell is this how can she speak like this with the customer. She is there to give the appointment that’s it rest is on our discretion that what we want to avail in seevice but then also i would have again gone for shampooing my hair but there should be a proper way to deal with the customers and this is not for the first time it has happened thrice once with my friend also she also said that the receptionist is very rude and harsh. This is to inform you and hope some actions will be taken on this.
