I regret to inform you your salon at mahanagar lucknow is not satisfactory. I have appointment with them for my party makeup on my card as per your promotional activities for a membership card of rs.1200. Firstly they refuse to accept that i have an appointment and after i cross checked them they agree but refused to do makeup and i have to face a lot of problem as it was my reception and without any appointment it become very difficult for me to arrange new beautician... I strongly want to shift my services to some other salon of yours... Or i want my money back. I am very disappointed by the behaviour of the staff and especially the owner who has no manner to talk to the customer.
