Jaxtakart — battery ordered not yet shipped after 14 days, i need refund money, no need for delivery now

I have ordered a nokia 6.1 plus battery in jactakart on 05/03/2019
Till toady (19th jan), there is no update regarding the order. Shipping not yet initiated. There is no option to cancel the order. I have raised request to refund, they mailed me

Got this mail on 16th jan, and after 3 days also not initiate the shipment, seems they are searching for buying the product from other buyers, i dnt believe these guys, it was my urgent requirement to replace my battery, for my primary mobile and no use. I purchased the same from other trusted source and delivered on time and using now, so i dnt need their delivery

I need immediate refund
