Jaxtakart — didn't get delivery my order 452521

Dear jaxtakart team,
I am sk nasimuddin. I have a ordee. My order i'd is #452521.
So far my order has not been delivered. And not even catching the customer care numbers. I will then be forced to take legal action.
Didn't not get any notification from jaxtakart. And didn't cathing customer care number. Always busy. So please help me this problem
