Jaxtakart — I have not received my product after 5 days

I ordered lyf battery 20/5/2018.. And it will not shipped now a day.. So plzz quickly send it.. I also paid for this product by debit card.. So plzz take action about my complain.. I am so confused that i ordered a few days ago.. I am not replied by the company and i also not refunded by the company... Anfld when i checked my account after payment successful.. I found my account has been 2 times debited by single product

I Order the battery our company side payment done by net banking but no any status show, no any shifting done, no any call received. I want to cancel my order (#326509).

Please cancel my order & repayment.
