I have booked an order for Microsoft lumia 640 XL mobile battery and i got it on 19/11/2018. I received the fake battery and also size of the battery is smaller than to faulty battery and it's not working. This is the fake battery. My order no. Is 369020. I have already registered complaint for that many time but till i'm not get any resolution Please look that matter and provide me replacement or refund the amount in my account asap. I have ordered a sansui horizon1 battery on[protected].My order id is 373317. I paid 594 for it. Six days passed but my item has not been shipped yet. I want my item delivered. Otherwise I want my money back to my account. Please tell me how many days company will take to dispatch my item.
