Order ID: 395418 I ordered Lenovo battery Model no. BL-210 . I recieved the battery but it does not fit the moblie . I gave them the complaint over phone to which they replied that they'll exchange the battery, and asked to send an email enclosing the battery image depicting the problem caused. and further said that reply shall be received within 24-48 hours . But its been 15 days now that i have been sending them multiple mails but they havent replied to one single mail. When trying the customer care number it's always busy.
