My name is Sohan Lal Sharma and I have ordered a mobile flip cover from jaxtakart. My order no 389658 dated 31 December 2018 was cancelled by your firm due to lack of stock. According to your demand I have already paid Rs 149/- but not received any amount yet. Secondly you neither reply to emails nor anyone pick up the phone number provided as customer care no.
