Jaxtakart — non delivery of ordered material

I ordered battery for lebova phab2 for rs. 899 and made payment on 12.06.2020, the order id is #548047. Even after a lapse of 18 days, till date i have not received the material and there is no update about delivery date and tracking id. Tried to contact them on their customer care number, but couldn't reach them. It seems that they cheat the customers in the name of e-commerce.
