Jaxtakart — not received the actual product, which ordered online

Dear Sir,
I have given online order for Leather Flip Cover for Oppo Realme 1 Gold, Order No- 322819 on 29.05.2018 on www.jaxtakart.com

But I have received the one on 06.06.2018, which not of my ordered matching Gold color and also the size is not matching my mobile. I want to communicate the same thing in the trailing mail, but the reply from your side is not responsive in manner.

As per the request I have send so many photos of the received item, but the response from Jaxtakart is not positive.

The representatives also not responding properly after many communications, so Please give the contact details of the senior officials, so that the problems can be resolved.
