Jaxtakart — not sending appropriate product and respond to return product

I have placed order on 4th november, 2018 and received on 21st november, 2018. After long time i got the product and inappropriate product.
I want to return the product and want to get amount refund. They are not responding to mails and calls.
They are not giving value customer's money and words.
They did not receive good from customers yet.
It's better to wind up the organisation. They never accept the calls in customer support team.
If we contact through mails, they will revert after 48 hours. They are always like snail. To generate order id, dispatch the product and resolve or respond to customers also they too much time.

They are unable to resolve customer queries too.
If they are continuing doing like this after got negative reviews. How can we encourage startups.
One of the waste organisation in one single word.

I have ordered intex cloud 4G smart battery on October 3 2018, I have received battery on 15 November.But battery is not working I received dummy battery which is not working in phone.So please replace my battery or refund my money
