Complaint marked as Resolved As they don't have the stock they replaced the item with a worst quality earphones. We don't even have an option to choose from a list of items. they have come up with with a selected item which we need to accept at any cost, because we don't know if we reject it, whether we will get our money back or even a call back.

I ordered moto x play battery on Decemeber 15th and paid money.
Order ID is 385014.
The product status is still showing as confirmed from one week. I am trying to contact support from last 3 days. It is always busy.
Kindly process my order and deliver the battery.
If i do not get my battery, i will go to consumer court.
