[Resolved]  Jaxtakart — refund my money

I had placed an order br2176bu battery on 8.6.19. My order is confirmed but not yet dispatched. There is no response via customer service or support mail. I had mailed thrice and contacted customer care many times. It always says busy busy. I had ordered only because the comment section shows fast delivery. I am dissatisfied and i don't want this product. I want my money back. Please cancel my order and refund my money.
