[Resolved] Jaxtakart — Their service, product and delivery | |||||
Like most of them says... Worst ... I ordered one battery for Lumia 625 and they delivered it a different battery after one month. Finally I resend it and they delivered me an old malfunctioned one (Always 48% battery). While I was resending the Item, I mentioned that I might not need the battery, but they can give a free balance that I can use in their website but they simply send it to me (who will need this kind of things after 2 months). I never managed to get their customer service. Even after they send me a mail to say that we have just delivered your product as you requested. What a shame that this kind of service still existing.. Its in India thats why... I just gave it to Microsoft outlet for recycling and they said that this is not an original one. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had ordered a mobile battery on 01st jun 2017 and got delivered in 09th jun 2017 once i received a battery i put into my mobile its not get charging and i want to refund my money.
