I ordered a battery for my lava mobile phone on 2nd june 2018 with prepaid payment.After 3 days there was only a confirmation message for placing the order. I called the CUSTOMER CARE on 5 june evening, they said product will be dispatched on 6 june, but till now there is no whereabout of my money and my product.
