JBL — complaint against t110 jbl earphone

Dear Sir
I buyied a Jbl earphone T110 On 28th September but it didn't work properly for 20 day also and the left earpiece stop working suddenly. I have attached the invoice so you can check and confirm.I want Replacement. This was not excepted that jbl product will stop working suddenly with one month. I want the problem to be solve as soon as possible.

hy this is dhananjay singh i want to return my order because the quality of this product is not Good & the delivery date is the product is very delay i am going out of station on 06/10/2018 some personal work that's why i am not recieve my order if you come to give me yoi will go to successfully take to my product to me.
i was purchase this product for my daughter sister because she loves JBL brand & his hobbies are listening music.
but the product was not good . and my sis not accept this product not in happy mood .
