Hi,
3 months before jbl has launced an offer in tieup with cashkaro where if we buy any product above 600-700 rs we would get cashback in cashkaro of 300 rs.
Problem is jbl is playing a dirty game. Jbl doesn't send any delivery confirmation male and on their wdbsite also they still mention the status of product as shipped in place of delivered.
As status of product is still in shipped mode, cashkaro cancel my tracked cashback and asking me the proof of delivery confirmation and order history of product.
How can i give them proof of confirmation when the jbl website itself showing the product in shipped.
