I have purchased jbl go portable wireless speaker (Black) from amazon site and order number #[protected] but it is working after some time the battery got empty so i want to repair this item but i am unable to contact to local service center and also i have tried several times to jbl call center toll free number -[protected] but no response from this number. I'm in Bhubaneswar and I am facing same battery not charging problem in same model of JBL speaker bought from same Amazon and same customer care number not being answered.

I have buy jbl cinema sb150 i have open this and on the woffer but woffer is not working and don’t show light.

We have received one JBL headphone on 21st October 17. Immediately open the package. One side of the headphone is broken condition and wire was not properly soldered. Please find the attached image and refund my amount are sent the new one.
