I gave my ifb washing machine for service which was showing e6 error. They took my machine changed drain motor serviced and returned in few days charging rs.4000. Then in 1 wash my machine started heavy noise. I called again. They came and took the machine again. They don't so service in home which is a cause to worry. After 15 days and after multiple unanswered calls and answered calls they brought my machine back home saying drum brackets changed for rs. 3500 which was a shock for me. Why should they change without intimating me. It is my decision to change or to buy a new machine. Again after 1 wash machine started heavy noise. After multiple follow up a machine came and tightened a nut. Again in a wash a heavy noise. I was really fruatrated. I pulled manager service people and service person in a wtsapp grp and asked for service as they did not attend or send any person. After my pressure a tech was sent and resolved. Again in a wash now i am having water flowing issue from drain area. After my multiple calls service centre lady said that the technician is on the way and attend my issue. It is 6 the day today and tech is on the way to attend my issue. Irresponsible people. Poor service.. Poor quality . No response.. But takes money in lump. Looks like a business to swallow money from people. They also run in different names 'fix at home' and 'home care services'. Not sure of they run in some other names also. My machine is still not running for 45 days since i approached them after paying rs.8000 Was this information helpful? | |||||

Madam even I have give my washing machine and they did the same so what happened to your washing machine then is there any proper respond
Really fed up with JBR washing maching care service. Such a irresponsible people running a company without knowing how to work properly.I had paid 5000/- for one warranty and later they asked me 4000 for motor repair.
Recently again there is a problem with drain motor and they are asking for the money again and whenever we called these people will not pick my call. Once they collected the money they will keep quiet.
So dont believe this company and dont pay anything to them.

I have been scammed by JBR in July 2021.
They took away the machine and now are not returning calls or bringing back the machine even after 10 days.

Exactly same with me too ! It’s standard opening procedure. They send a guy, who kind of inspects machine and says they have to take to service center, they call you after a day saying either PCB gone ( most common trick ) and it costs 4-5K and if you say NO and bring back machine they will say you have to pay transport and it’s some 800+800 and if you agree for service then transport is free . You say ok then nightmare ph 2. They don’t bring machine for weeks and don’t return calls . They deliver after month/s. Promise 1 year warranty for spare . You get some problem again then no one turns up .
Their response for first time customers is very quick. You call and the guy comes in 1 hour! Conning starts .
Let’s complain to police it’s outright cheating and fraud here . Everyone has been cheated
