Jbr Washing Machine Care — not providing the service neither attending the call

I have a wirlpool top load fully automatic machine which was showing error 551 for which i received a call from this company and they came to pick my washing machine on 24/12/2018 and they said some part needs to be repaired. They returned my machine on 27/12/2018 and charged me rs 3800 for the part replacement and gave me a warranty for the same problem for 1 year. After few days i started getting the same error and i contacted the company but the numbers on the bill are not working or out of reach. I clicked the pictures of the people and there drivers licence when they came to pick my machine. I tried to contact the company so may times but they are not responding this is a clear cut case of cheating and i want this problem to get fixed asap. Attaching all the pictures.
