Jeep India — jeep india dealer cheated

Hello sir,
Before even launching of jeep compass in india, i’d booked a car on 24th may, 2017 at concept motorcar pvt. Ltd., ahmedabad with mr. Vanraj modi along with the booking amount of rs. 1 lakh. At the time of booking, your dealer had assured the delivery by the month of august. Meanwhile i’d received a call from jeep india call centre to confirm the booking in the month of july, and they said i was among the first 100 customers to have to booked the car & so was promised that a complimentary gift would be sent to my address along with the car. But as promised, neither have i received my car nor the complimentary gift till date.in due time, my two friends, one who didn’t even book the car and one who’d booked it beforehand were delivered their cars within a week’s time. Now on 1st august, i was sent the price list & the models available by mr. Mahindra singh jhala and on 3rd august, when a lady from the agency called i had specifically mentioned the model - white compass 4x2 limited optional. Now, to know the confirm delivery date as it was too late when i made a call on 18th sept. To mr. Mahindra singh, i was told that i wasn’t delivered the car as i had not mentioned the model before and when clarified that i already mentioned the model, they said it’d would take another month to deliver the car. Later, after seeing all this negligence and mismanagement, i lodged a complaint cr number:1-[protected] dated 20th sept.17 at jeep call centre. I received a call from mr. Ravikant from the call centre and he connected me with mr. Vanraj modi to clarify the delivery status and all mr. Modi could say was that it was not possible to deliver the specified model within a month and that if i needed it prior i would have to switch to another model. Mr. Ravikant made a call on 22nd sept. Again and made me talk to the area marketing manager of mumbai & ahmedabad region and he too couldn’t help with delivering the car earlier.
Now, i’m writing to you to bring this to your notice that the agency concept motorcar pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad, charged me rs.1 lakh as the booking amount instead of rs. 50, 000 as announced by the company. Having faith in the company’s rapport, i booked the car without even considering the models & also didn’t question the amount and thought the excess amount would be refunded soon. I feel cheated when there was no mention of any refund even after the official booking rates were announced.
Having arrived newly in india, chrysler company must keep its rapport good and should stand upto its worldwide standards as our expectations stand high for the company. I request you to look into this matter urgently and make sure this doesn’t gets repeated again. I also expect that you take strict action against the agency and hope that i’m compensated rightly.

Sir maina compass le three[protected] ko or clutch failuer ho gaya complain jeep to koi nahi sounds raha dealt ka pass tool nahi ...or bulb kha249×2 deanna ha maina kha ok sub kheattay rahaey ha fitting charges 2400/= extra customer care JEEP kheatta ha only 249×2 pay CLUCH KAY KAAM MA KOI SATISFACTION NAHI HUI
