Jeevansathi Internet Services — My id is deleted without even a clarification

Hi,

My id is zytx1408. I bought the membership of rs 1755 on 30th april 2016. The first online transaction made by me was unsuccessful do i made a second transaction which got successful. Later i got to know that my account was debited twice with rs 1755 i. E rs 3510. I made a call to my bank to raise a request with jeevansathi for a cash back of the unsuccessful transaction and rs 1755 was credited back to my account.

Few days later, i got a mail from jeevansathi stating that my profile has been deleted as i have initiated a charge back request which i had raised for the unsuccessful transaction.

I am not able to login since 12th may 2016. Shouldn't the jeevansathi team have called and check on the reason of raising the charge back request before deleting my profile right away???

I am still waiting for their team to revert and they say that this request is with finance team. I have already lost 5 days of my membership.

In case chargeback been raised from clients end, activities within the profile comes to halt and profile created on Jeevansathi.com gets deactivated till chargeback case is settled. If the chargeback raised was in error, client can approach to concerned bank and withdraw the chargeback request so as to start using membership benefits against the profile created on Jeevansathi.com. Services / membership benefits can only be used, once the case is settled between the issuing bank (where the chargeback request been raised) and the merchant involved.
But the chargeback raised by me was for one of the two transactions which was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my account.

What is the person supposed to do if few transactions goes unsuccessful on your website but amount gets debited. I waited for the merchant to revert the unsuccessful transaction money for days and raised a chargeback with my bank when no action was taken from the merchant end.
Duplicate payment made against chargeback case, gets refunded automatically to clients account from getaway team. Alternatively, chargeback raised was for the successful payment made to the merchant, to which one week paid services were used.

Again would suggest you to withdraw the chargeback request so as to start using membership benefits against the profile created on Jeevansathi.com. As updated, membership benefits can only be used, once the case is settled between the issuing bank and the merchant involved.
I am unable to understand the procedure here.

Its been 20 days since the duplicate transaction was made by me but till date the amount of one of the two transactions is not refunded.

I am not sure if the chargeback raised was for the successful transaction or the unsuccesful one. All I wanted was one transaction amount back i.e 1755 of 3510.

I would surely withdraw my chargeback request as soon as I get 1755 Rs refunded from the getaway team.
Refund of the amount paid for subscription can only be refunded post clearing on chargeback case. Profile activation / refund of subscription paid for, is possible if :
1. Client withdraw chargeback request.
2. Client has to wait for the chargeback case to be settled.
I have withdrawn the charge back request. Can you please re activate my account?
Accounts team will be coordinating with the bank in connection of withdrawal of chargeback request...post confirmation from bank, concern team will be activating the profile along with activation of membership within the profile
I have already lost my 18 days of membership still counting. Would you be providing any compensation for my loss?
Sir... Dispute against the payment made was raised from clients end. Once the chargeback is raised for any of the payment, successful or unsuccessful -> all the previous and post transaction comes to hault/pause till the settlement of the case.
Post withdrawing the chargeback request, merchant is waiting for the confirmation from concerned bank, so as to release the successful payment in the favour of merchant and get the services activated against the profile in question.
The charge back was raised 10 days back and I am not sure why the confirmation is still pending. Anyways, I am really disappointment how this one unsuccessful transaction has led to so much of problem for me. I am ver less hope now that this issue will get resolved any sooner.
Concerned team is in regular touch with the gateway, asking for the confirmation on withdrawal of chargeback case. Team is waiting for the outcome from client's back... as the case is under Bank's review. Once the case is cleared from Bank, will be able to take some action at merchant level
My membership plan ends on 30th July. What if the matter is not closed till then ?
Sir... the day withdrawal of chargeback case is settled by the bank and the gateway team -> membership will be activated for the same time duration (from the day of activation) for which the subscription was subscribed for.

So, Its been 2 weeks since my last comment and still no progress.. Is it possible for me to intervene if anything is pending from my banks side?
