[Resolved] Jeevansathi Internet Services — pathetic service | |||
Hi These guys kept on calling me to get membership day in, numerous times even when i had filed complaint for refund which was due to their unprofessional service and pathetic service. These guys promised me refund in 7 working days but now it has been more than 10 days. When i try to chat, these guys won’t respond and after 15 mins they would just write due to no response we are closing this as satisfactory. I kept on asking them to get me call from Senior, instead of having call from senior they still kept on calling me to avail membership. I want someone from consumer complaints department to action on this. This is way above harassment now to keep on chasing them and get no response whatsoever.
