Hi grievance officer,

I had submitted the grievance for deleting my profile id from jeevansathi. I have been a member of jeevansathi from almost 1.5 years and i took two 6 months e-advantage memberships and recently took lifetime membership when i received multiple repeated calls from jeevansathi customer care team.

Suddenly, i could see that my profile was showing deleted from jeevansathi on 7th december'2019.

1) first of all i never received any information for complaints if there were any from jeevansathi team.

2) if there were complaints already provided for me then why your team was repeatedly calling me again and again and saying that your profile is going really good. We have seen it and you could potentially reach your partner if you take longer membership.

3) my profile never got deleted when i took short term e-advantage memberships. Suddenly when i took lifetime membership then profile got deleted. It clearly indicates that since you are not going to get any more money, so in the benefit of yours my profile has been deleted.

4) if i am not liking any particular girl's profile due to multiple reasons horoscope not matching, caste issue, views not matching, family issues, or any other issues related to individual personality. Then it's obvious that opposite party might get offended and register any kind of complaint.

Kindly refund my entire money as my profile is genuine and there are no issues and the profile has been solely deleted by your team for making profit to the company. And if needed i can provide any kind of proofs needed to prove the 100% authenticity of my profile and the seriousness for searching my would be partner.

Jeevansathi Internet Services Customer Care's response Dear Member,

We have received multiple complaints from other Jeevansathi member against your profile post which the case was referred to our internal Quality assurance team. Post investigation your profile was deleted.

We would like to inform you that we have a separate Quality Assurance team who checks the profiles on a regular basis and as and when required it takes necessary action. Please understand that we need to have stringent checks in place to make our users’ partner search a safe and hassle-free experience.

We would also like to let you know that any profile whose activity is in violation of the terms and conditions contracted by you at the time of registration of the profile on the website can be removed from the website without prior notice.

Kindly refer to terms o[censored]se point no.28 for further reference.

There are so many fake profiles running on your website for your female clients (who have not taken any membership) and running the profile without any document proofs. Stop fooling around people by deleting their profile after they spend money on for lifetime memberships.
I have seen several complaints for the same issue faced by so many people for your fraud company and you have been looting people from a long time. Also i have lodged complaint against you fake company and fake clients in consumer forum.

Kindly proceed with the refund/retrieval of my profile on a quick basis. And also if there is any need then i can prove the 100% authenticity of my profile and the seriousness for searching my would be partner.
