Jeevansathi Internet Services Customer Care's response Dear Member,

Thank you for highlighting your concern. We have checked your profile ZUVA5053 and found that you have set your partner matches settings as - "Also send me matches outside my Desired Partner Profile". Hence, we suggest you to go to the Desired Partner preference sections and update the settings.
We would like to suggest you to set 'My Desired Partner' preference properly so that system can recommend you profiles as per your liking (religion/caste/education/occupation/location etc.) and it is subject to availability of profiles as well. Criteria may be relaxed accordingly to fetch more number of matching profiles.

All such system recommended profiles can be found under the ‘MATCHES’ tab on the homepage. You should review and change the partner preference if in case, the system is currently showing you profiles you did not like.
Match alerts are system recommendations sent to you on the basis of your Desired Partner preference and also on the history of your interests & acceptances. You may check these profiles and see if they are of interest to you and hence can contact the members accordingly. You may also choose whether you want them to be sent strictly based on your ‘Desired Partner Preferences’, or based on ‘history of your interests & acceptances’.
Basis availability of profiles in the desired matches, all such match alerts will be sent to the registered email address. Please also ensure to have the alert manager subscribed for the same. In case the mails are not getting delivered to you, kindly check the junk/spam folder as well.
