Jeeves Consumer Services — 55 inch LED TV extended Warranty | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have Purchased LED TV 55 inch from flipkart with 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves consumer services Private Limited. Now the TV has a display problem and they want to refund the money according to their terms and conditions which is 80% of the purchase price. Purchase price is defined as "is purchase price of the Covered Product prior to any discounts but including applicable taxes." but they are providing refund on the purchase price after discount. They are violating the terms and conditions and also not responding to my queries regarding the explanation for the same. I want immediate refund and compensation for all the delay tactics they have used so far. I have been struggling with the defective product for months now. Can you suggest a further course of action.
